Once-off Entry to GMS in Doctor-Visit Contract

Waterford GP Dr Jim Stacey suggested that the new doctor-visit contract for GPs be studied by the AGP’s solicitor, Mr Peter O’Boyle. Once GPs sign the new contract, they will be bound by it, including contract item seven which contains a “once-off” entry into the GMS.
