Monaghan Death Condemned

AGP members condemned the “appalling” situation which led to the death of Mr. Patrick Walsh in Monaghan General Hospital, particularly when a number of beds were available elsewhere.

Dr. Mary Grehan also criticized the supports available for 360 women who had symphysiotomies in Dundalk up till 1983 some twenty years are such procedures were ended in Dublin.
